Frequently Asked Questions

Carpets & Upholstery

Do you move furniture?
We will move most couches, chairs, and tables for a small fee of £10. Heavier items, and furniture with electronics or breakables on them will either need to be moved ahead of time by the homeowner or we can clean around it.

Will you be able to remove all stains on my carpet?
No guarantee can be given for complete stain removal because some stains, such as food colouring’s, hot drinks, cosmetic products, plant foods etc. may cause permanent colour change to the fibres and may react adversely to stain removal products. All spots and stains cannot be removed from every fibre and fabric due to differences in fibre type and construction, the dyes used, and the finish of the fabric. The composition of the spill and the length of time the stain has remained on the fabric also has a bearing on stain removal.

How long will my carpets take to dry?
Carpet cleaning tools A lot depends on the type and thickness of your carpets and of course, the weather, but most carpets will be dry within 24 hours. Some may take a little longer.
